The staff at PC Homecare have many years experience in both private and corporate PC repairs. PC Homecare is a venture intended to use these skills to benefit the customer.
Whether a hardware issue, software problem, network failure or a simple router/internet installation, you can be sure of a first class repair at a reasonable cost. Our callout charge includes the engineer's first hour and with most jobs being sorted within 60 - 90 minutes then using PC Homecare makes sense.
In addition to our standard callout service we offer a fixed price computer repair priced at £20:00 above the callout charge. For personal computers infected with virus and/or spyware (generally called maleware these days) this makes sound economic sense. In the workshop we can run time consuming intensive spyware and virus scans after using removal tools. Our service now includes ensuring that Windows and Internet Explorere are brought up to date and optionally installing anti-virus software.
We are expanding all the time, however those areas that we cannot yet service for PC home callouts can still use our remote support facilities providing they have a working internet connection.
We pride ourselves on our work and pledge to offer a top quality value for money home computer repair service. Where possible, this site will be populated with useful links, hints and tips allowing customers to take on simpler repair tasks or upgrade their own computers.

Our approach is to offer a fixed price workshop repair. Your computer is collected and promptly returned when complete. Our fixed price repair covers virus and spyware removal, in-depth scans to ensure your computer has "a clean bill of health", windows and internet explorer updates and anti-virus / anti-spyware installation. |
Crashing?
