Terms & Conditions

Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed we cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions.

Shipping And Handling
All goods delivered by courier will be will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders taken before the relevant cut-off time will be depatched the same day, subject to credit card approval and availability. Goods are only available for despatch within the United Kingdom. Any overseas cuctomers should contact us for individual arrangements.

Items out of stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to accept an immediate refund, wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. It is not our policy to substitute items without the customer's explicit consent.

Guarantee / Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within seven days of receipt provided it is in its original packing and unused. After this seven day cooling off period any returns will be at our discretion. Should any item be faulty, contact PC Homecare to arrange a return and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. Your statutory rights are unaffected

Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Our aim is to provide the customer with an fair, efficient and legal service.
