If your machine needs to be rebooted or we lose access then your assistance will be needed.
Except by special arrangement the helpdesk operator will remain on phone during remote access.

Once the repair is complete, our helpdesk engineer will use the "Stop" button to finish
the remote access session.
All you now need to do is close the program by using the "X" button as shown.
If you have been advised to do so, you may now need to restart your computer.
