Our callout charges start from £35 and this includes the first hour on site,
we do not deduct travelling time from this. With many problems resolved within the first hour
that can mean just £35 for a call in a local area!
If the job is takes longer then additional time is charged at just £7.50 for every half hour or part of. We also operate a No Fix - No Fee policy read more about that here.
In addition to our standard callout service we offer a fixed price computer repair priced at £20:00 above the callout charge. For personal computers infected with virus and/or spyware (generally called maleware these days) this makes sound economic sense. In the workshop we can run time consuming intensive spyware and virus scans after using removal tools. Our service now includes ensuring that Windows and Internet Explorere are brought up to date and optionally installing anti-virus software.
We are expanding all the time, however those areas that we cannot yet service for PC home callouts can still use our remote support facilities providing they have a working internet connection. Remote prices are £30.00 for the first hour then additional time is charged at just £9.50 for every half hour or part of. |

Crashing?
