We charge a modest callout fee that covers the first hour (not including travel time), after the first hour we charge a lower rate for every half hour or portion thereof. If needed and with your approval we can take your PC back to our workshop for further work. We operate a No Fix - No Fee policy , if we cannot fix your PC even after having it in the workshop you pay nothing.
